Gujarat Subordinate Service Selection Board (GSSSB) is inviting online applications for 5,370 permanent vacancies for various Group-A and Group-B posts under Gujarat Subordinate Services Class III recruitment 2026. Candidates must submit their applications through the OJAS website, on or before 20-02-2026.
This recruitment encompasses a total of 5,370 permanent positions, including 2,365 posts in Group-A and 3,005 posts in Group-B. The roles include Social Welfare Inspector, Office Superintendent, Revenue Clerk, Head Clerk, Senior Clerk, and Junior Clerk, where selected candidates will be responsible for administrative, supervisory, and clerical duties across different government departments.

Mode of Recruitment :
The selection process will be conducted in the following stages: Preliminary Examination (CBRT), Main Examination (Descriptive Test). Minimum qualifying marks in both papers will be 40% for candidates of all categories.
Stage 1: Preliminary Examination (Group-A and Group-B Combined) (CBRT Pattern)
The preliminary examination will be conducted as an objective type Multiple Choice Question (MCQ) test under CBRT mode.

Fee Structure :
Applicable application fee is to be paid online. Fee structure is -
- General Category: Rs. 500/-
- Reserved Categories (EWS, SC, ST, SEBC, PwD, and Ex-Servicemen): Rs. 400/-
- Notably, The paid fees shall be refunded to those candidates who appear for the examination.
How to Apply :
To apply for the GSSSB Class-3 (Group-A and Group-B) recruitment 2026, candidates must complete the online application process through the official OJAS website.
- Visit the official OJAS portal and go to the "Online Application" section. Click on "Apply" and select GSSSB.
- Locate advertisement number 378/202526 and click "Apply" followed by "Apply Now."
- Enter personal details carefully. The One Time Registration (OTR) module may be used for quicker process.
- Fill in educational details and accept the terms. Click "Save" to generate the Application Number.
- Upload the photograph and signature in JPG format. The photograph must be 5 cm × 3.5 cm and the signature must be 2.5 cm × 7.5 cm. Each file must not exceed 15 kb. The photograph should have a white background and must not be older than one year from the application end date.
- Open the "Confirm Application" tab, enter the application number and date of birth, and verify all entered details. Editing is allowed at this stage.
- After verification, click "Confirm Application" to generate the unique Confirmation Number. No changes can be made once the application is confirmed. Application submission is to be completed by 20-02-2026.
- Pay the applicable examination fee online on or before 23-06-2026 (23:59 hours) using Debit Card, Internet Banking, UPI, or Wallet.
- Download and print the final application form and fee receipt. The printout does not need to be sent to the GSSSB office, but a copy must be kept safely until the recruitment process is completed.
